How do I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel:

You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We are not able to issue refunds directly; refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Some apps include an in-app account deletion option. You can also email us at support@top-applications.com and we will delete your data promptly.

The app is not working as expected.

Please try the following first:

If the issue persists, email us with a description of the problem and your device model and iOS version.

I was charged but lost access.

Open the app and look for a "Restore Purchases" option, usually in the settings or paywall screen. If that does not work, email us and we will help you resolve it.
